Shipping and Delivery Policy –
All orders are processed via email and are given specific production times in the payment received email. Orders are shipped after receiving customer approval on finished product unless otherwise stated. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping times are approximate, but tracking is provided for each order. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Icicle Tricycles, Inc. is available via email M-F to help with any shipping issues.
Orders are shipped out via freight. We can ship to commercial addresses as well as freight terminals. Rural areas may need to ship to nearby local businesses for delivery.
If you are not completely satisfied with the trike within 3 business days of receiving it, you may return it to us for a refund of the build price minus a 10% restocking fee, as long as it is still in like-new condition. We do not issue refunds for any custom options. The customer is responsible for properly packaging the trike as well as all return shipping costs and payment fees.
