Sarah Anderson from Nova Scotia saw a trend of weddings moving to more intimate settings and saw an opportunity to help those small weddings celebrate in a way that reflects the couple’s wedding dreams. She started East Coast Pop Up Weddings to fill the need she saw in a growing market!
She’s been featured in a few places, the Chronicle Herald and CTV News just to name drop a couple. Our trike also snuck into those pieces too, how fun! She described our Ice Cream Bike with The Grapevine as a “cute little wedding bike, an old-fashioned ice cream bike outfitted with a cooler which is stuffed with bubbly: shuck oysters over it, use it as a cake table, the possibilities are endless!”
We love our trikes, but we love seeing them more in the wild and in action, where they belong!
Sarah chose a standard trike with a wooden trike box to meet her all occasion needs. With 9 stains to choose from, there is a look to help meet your vision! The Cedar Box Ice Cream Bike is the perfect combination of elegant and artisanal. They are hand-built and stained by a professional woodworker right in our shop.
